Who We Are

Tim has been in lighting and the technical management of events for more than 20 years. His career started while he was still at university working on site specific events. This led him into the world of corporate and private events where he spent 10 years developing his skills working for other companies. In 2008 he established Event-TM, which he now runs with his partner Laura.

Laura is a classically trained singer who, after many years performing has branched into set design and dressing. As well as performing, Laura is experienced in creating her own themed shows which has given her a great eye for detail, and the knowledge to visually create the effects required for any occasion. She is happy to source performers for you too!
What We Do
Event-TM are based in Aberdeen and mainly service the north and east of Scotland. Our aim is simple - to provide you with all the technical management you require for your event. Although we are primarily lighting specialists, we can provide rigging, power, heating, sound systems and AV equipment to make sure your event has everything it needs. From functional lighting to creative lighting designs, to providing sockets and heating, our goal is to make sure your event is unique, successful and personalised to your taste. Event-TM has a regular team of experts and specialists that they call on when required, making sure your event runs smoothly and safely.
